Moka Minos... The Making of a Fantastic Cup of Espresso!!

The Minos Moka Pot Espresso Coffee Pot is so easy and fast... But most importantly it makes a really good cup of espresso. The brewing time is about 4 minutes once it hits the stove, and its fun to watch and wait for the coffee to make its way out the top.

I used to do product reviews at Macy's and Bed Bath and Beyond for Moka Express Coffee Maker, and this little Moka does not disappoint!  Its fast and smooth, and cools easy if you need to make another pot.

1st thing you would do is, grin some coffee!  Then fill the bottom half of the brewer with water to right below the air valve. {{Its the little brassy colored stem sticking out of the bottom }}

Next, put the funnel shaped piece into the bottom half and fill with your favorite coffee and use the tamper to press down lightly.  Do not press down to hard, or the flow of water will be clogged and, your coffee will not get a good flow thru and will lack flavor.

Screw the top piece onto the bottom piece of the unit and place on the stove.  As you can see in my video, I put mine close to the edge so that the handle does not get to hot.

In about four minutes the water will start to boil, pushing the fresh coffee up the shaft in the middle of the Moka Minos.   Watch for it to slow down or stop coming out, so you can take it off the heat, or it will get bitter.

Pour into your mug and fix the coffee the way you like... Do yourself a favor and just taste this coffee black!  Its very smooth and flavorful.

**I'm using Bullet Proof Organic Coffee, but you can use already ground coffee if need be.

We have used this MokaPot everyday since it arrived, and just love it!

Please remember it comes in a 3 Cup Pot, and a 6 Cup Pot.  Do yourself a favor, and get the 6 Cup! I wish I would have noticed the two options.
